NITComply (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information managed through the NITComply platform. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected when providers and users access and use the NITComply application.
This Privacy Policy applies to all NDIS providers, organisations, administrators, staff, contractors, and authorised users (“Users”) who access or use the NITComply platform.
NITComply enables providers to store and manage information relating to participants, staff, contractors, and organisational compliance records. NITComply does not claim ownership of any data entered into the platform. All data remains the responsibility of the provider.
Providers are solely responsible for ensuring lawful collection, use, storage, and disclosure of all information entered into NITComply. Providers must ensure that staff and contractors sign privacy, confidentiality, and code-of-conduct agreements.
Providers must ensure that users access only information relevant to their roles and maintain confidentiality at all times.
NITComply implements reasonable safeguards to protect data; however, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
NITComply may rely on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers. Providers acknowledge that data may be processed using external systems.
NITComply is not liable for misuse, unauthorised disclosure, or breaches caused by provider actions or user behaviour.
From time to time, NITComply may run complimentary marketing campaigns for annual subscribers. These campaigns do not guarantee referrals or outcomes.
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
